3rd Annual Cars & Coffee at Muller’s Woodfield Acura Raises $2,585 for HEHS Auto Club

At Muller’s Woodfield Acura, our annual Cars & Coffee is about more than incredible cars. It’s about bringing together automotive enthusiasts, families, students, and our community while supporting the next generation of the automotive industry.

This July, we hosted our 3rd Annual Cars & Coffee at Muller’s Woodfield Acura, and thanks to the incredible support of our community, we raised $2,585 for the Hoffman Estates High School Auto Club through the sale of limited-edition event T-shirts.

Recently, our team had the opportunity to present the $2,585 check to the HEHS Auto Club and meet some of the students who will directly benefit from the funds.

Supporting the Next Generation of Automotive Technicians

During our visit, we met with Automotive Teachers Jerry Kroll and Dave Ligman, who shared more about the opportunities available to students pursuing careers in the automotive industry.

One of those opportunities is Project Tool Kit, a scholarship program that gives graduating automotive students the opportunity to apply for a fully equipped toolbox. For students preparing to enter the workforce, having the right tools can make a significant difference as they begin applying for jobs and building their careers.

Supporting programs like this is especially meaningful to our team at Muller’s Woodfield Acura. The automotive industry continues to face a significant need for skilled technicians, making hands-on education and career-development programs increasingly important.

These students represent the future of our industry. By supporting automotive education, we can help students turn their interest in cars into rewarding, long-term careers.

Cars, Coffee & Community

Our 3rd Annual Cars & Coffee brought together automotive enthusiasts from across the area for a morning filled with amazing vehicles, great conversations, coffee, and a shared appreciation for car culture.

With the help of FULLYDRIVN, our team, volunteers, participants, and everyone who purchased an event T-shirt, we were able to turn a fun summer tradition into an opportunity to give back to students right here in our community.

The result: $2,585 raised for the Hoffman Estates High School Auto Club.

Keeping Automotive Culture Alive

For the Muller family, the automotive industry has been part of our story for generations. Supporting students who are interested in becoming technicians and pursuing other automotive careers is one way we can help ensure that passion continues into the next generation.

We want to extend a huge thank you to Hoffman Estates High School, the HEHS Auto Club, Jerry Kroll, Dave Ligman, the students, FULLYDRIVN, our Muller’s Woodfield Acura team, and everyone who attended and supported our 3rd Annual Cars & Coffee.

Your support helped make this donation possible.

We’re already looking forward to bringing the community together again for the next Cars & Coffee. Until then, we’re proud to continue supporting the people and programs helping keep automotive culture alive — one future technician at a time.
