I just want to say that your service department is amazing. I've been in there quite a bit the past year with flat tires and general upkeep. It takes me almost an hour to get to your dealership, but I have no plans to switch because of the amazing service I get from Kim and the other members of your staff. I've worked with just about everyone now and every single person has been remarkable. They take pride in their work, they are always extremely courteous and I never feel like services are being pushed on me. I recommend your service department to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Thanks for running such a top-notch team. Whatever you're doing is working, so great job!!

"The service was very quick"

The service was very quick - I called yesterday morning, had an appt for 10:30 and was back in my car by 11:30.  I live in the city, and while there are closer Acura dealers - I've dealt with two - I'll continue to come back to Woodfield.  From the sales experience through every service issue I've had, you've been fantastic.  Thanks!

Mark ? as usual the service from your team was fantastic.   Everyone in your office including the people that were not dealing with me directly said hello and most called me by name.

The car came back clean on the inside and the outside.

Your staff explained everything that was done before the service and again after and explained in detail (without being pushy) what the status was of car, i.e. Battery levels, tire wear etc.

You should be very proud of your team.  It is second to none and I have owner other cars and worked with other dealerships over the years.  Service was one of the main reasons I came back to NW Acura after driving the Audi A8L for 5 years.
